23. 참으로 들의 돌들과 네가 언약을 맺고 들짐승이 너와 평화롭게 지낼 것이다.

 

24. 그래서 너는 네 천막이 평화로운 것을 알고 네 거처를 찾아서 놓치지 않을 것이다.

 

 

이욥(욥기) 5장 22~24절

 

Job 5:22-24:

,...you will laugh at destruction and famine,

 

and need not fear the beasts of the earth.

For you will have a covenant with the stones of the field, and the wild animals will be at peace with you. You will know that your tent is secure, and find nothing amiss when inspecting your home ...

 

 

 

 

 

7. 그러나 제발 짐승들에게 물어보아라. 그들이 네게 가르쳐 줄 것이다. 하늘의 새에게 물어보아라. 그들이 네게 전할 것이다.

 

8. 또 땅에게 말해보아라. 그것이 네게 가르쳐 줄 것이다. 바다의 물고기들이 네게 이야기할 것이다.

 

9. 이 모든 것을 누가 알지 못하겠느냐? (YHUH)יהוה의 손이 이것을 행하셨다는 것과 

 

10. 모든 생물의 목숨이 그의 손 안에 있고 모든 육신의 영이 그의 손 안에 있다는 것을.

 

11. 귀가 말을 시험하고 혀가 음식을 맛보지 않느냐?

 

12. 노인에게는 지혜가 있고 오래 산 자에게는 명철이 있지 않느냐?

 

13. 그에게 지혜와 권능이 있으시고 그에게 조언과 명철이 있으시다.

 

 

이욥(욥기) 12장 7~13절

 

Job 12:7-13

 

...ask the animals, and they will instruct you,

ask the birds of the air, and they will tell you.

Or speak to the earth, and it will teach you,

let the fish of the sea inform you . .

Who doesn’t know that in all these,

Yahweh’s hand has done this,

in whose hand is the life of every living thing,

and the breath of all mankind ?

Doesn’t the ear try words, even as the palate tastes its food ?

With aged men is wisdom, in length of days understanding.

With God is wisdom and might. He has counsel and understanding !
