내가 내 눈을 그 산들로 드니 나의 도움이 어디서 오나? 

 

שיר למעלות אשא עיני אל ההרים מאין יבא עזרי​

 

나의 도움은 하늘과 땅을 만드신 (YHUH)יהוה께로부터 온다.

 

עזרי מעם יהוה עשה שמים וארץ

 

그는 네 발이 흔들리지 않게 하시니 

 

너를 지키시는 분은 졸지 않으실 것이다. 

 

אל יתן למוט רגלך אל ינום שמרך

 

보라, 이스라엘을 지키시는 분은 졸지도 않으시고 주무시지도 않으실 것이다. 

 

הנה לא ינום ולא יישן שומר ישראל

 

(YHUH)יהוה는 너를 지키시는 분,

 

(YHUH)יהוה는 네 오른편에 계시는 네 그늘이시니 

 

יהוה שמרך יהוה צלך על יד ימינך

 

낮에는 해가 너를 해치지 못하며 밤에는 달이 너를 해하지 못할 것이다. 

 

יומם השמש לא יככה וירח בלילה

 

(YHUH)יהוה께서 모든 악으로부터 너를 지키시리니 

 

네 영혼을 지키실 것이다. 

 

יהוה ישמרך מכל רע ישמר את נפשך

 

(YHUH)יהוה께서 네가 나가고 들어오는 것을 지금부터 영원까지 지키실 것이다.

 

יהוה ישמר צאתך ובואך מעתה ועד עולם

T E H I L L I M (Psalms) 121

 

I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills,

from whence cometh my help.

My help cometh from 𝐘𝐇𝐕𝐇,

which made heaven and earth.

He will not suffer thy foot to be moved:

He that keepeth thee: will not slumber.

Behold, He that keepeth Israel,

shall neither slumber nor sleep.

𝐘𝐇𝐕𝐇 is thy keeper:

𝐘𝐇𝐕𝐇 is thy shade upon thy right hand.

The sun shall not smite thee by day,

nor the moon by night.

𝐘𝐇𝐕𝐇 shall preserve thee from all evil:

He shall preserve thy soul.

𝐘𝐇𝐕𝐇 shall preserve thy going out,

and thy coming in from this time forth,

and even in (olam).
