너희 마음을 괴롭게 하지 마라. 하나님을 믿고 나를 믿어라.

 

"너희 마음을 괴롭게 하지 마라. 하나님을 믿고 나를 믿어라.

내 아버지 집에 거할 곳이 많다. 만일 그렇지 않다면 내가 너희를 위하여 처소를 준비하러 간다고 말했겠느냐?

내가 가서 너희를 위한 처소를 준비하면 내가 다시 와서 너희를 내게로 데려가서 내가 있을 곳에 너희도 있을 것이다.

내가 가는 곳은 너희도 그 길을 안다."

토마가 그에게 말하였다. "주님, 우리는 당신께서 어디로 가시는지 모릅니다. 우리가 어떻게 그 길을 알 수 있습니까?"

 

만일 너희가 나를 알았다면 내 아버지를 알 것이다. 이제 너희는 그분을 알고, 또 그분을 보았다."

필맆이 그에게 말하였다. "주님, 우리에게 아버지를 보여주십시오. 그러면 우리가 만족하겠습니다."

예슈아께서 그에게 말씀하셨다. "이렇게 오랫동안 내가 너희와 함께 있었는데도 필맆 너는 아직 나를 모르느냐? 나를 본 자는 아버지를 본 것이다. 그런데 어떻게 너는 내게 아버지를 보여 달라고 말하느냐?

내가 아버지 안에 있고, 아버지께서 내 안에 계시다는 것을 너희는 믿지 않느냐? 내가 너희에게 하는 말은 나 스스로 하는 것이 아니라 내 안에 계시는 아버지께서 그의 일을 행하시는 것이다.

내가 아버지 안에 있고, 아버지께서 내 안에 계신다는 내 말을 믿어라. 만일 믿지 못하겠거든 그 일들을 통하여 믿어라.

아멘, 아멘, 내가 너희에게 말한다. 나를 믿는 자는 내가 행한 일을 할 뿐만 아니라 이보다 더 큰일을 하리니 이는 내가 아버지께로 가기 때문이다.

너희가 내 이름으로 구하는 것은 무엇이든지 내가 행하리니 이는 아버지께서 아들을 통하여 영광을 받으시게 하기 위함이다.

만일 너희가 무엇이든지 내 이름으로 내게 구하면 내가 행할 것이다.

만일 너희가 나를 사랑하면 내 계명을 지킬 것이다.

그리고 내가 아버지께 간구하고 아버지께서 다른 보혜사를 주셔서 그분이 너희와 함께 영원히 계실 것이다.

그분은 진리의 영이시다. 세상은 그분을 보지도 못하고 알지도 못하기 때문에 그분을 영접할 수 없다. 그러나 너희는 그분을 아니 이는 너희와 함께 그분이 거하시며 너희 안에 계시기 때문이다.

내가 너희를 고아처럼 버려 두지 않고 너희에게로 올 것이다.

이제 조금만 더 있으면 세상이 더는 나를 보지 못할 것이다. 그러나 너희는 보리니 이는 내가 살아 있고, 너희도 살아 있을 것이기 때문이다.

그날에 너희는, 내가 내 아버지 안에 있고, 너희가 내 안에 있고, 내가 너희 안에 있다는 것을 알 것이다.

내 계명들을 가지고 지키는 자는 나를 사랑하는 자니 나를 사랑하는 자는 내 아버지께 사랑받을 것이고, 나도 그를 사랑하여 그에게 나 자신을 알게 할 것이다.

크리욭 사람이 아닌 예후다가 그에게 말하였다. "주님, 당신께서 세상에 당신 자신을 알리지 않으시고 우리에게만 알리려고 하시는 것은 어찌 된 일입니까?"

예슈아께서 그에게 대답하여 말씀하셨다. "만일 누가 나를 사랑하면 그는 내 말을 지킬 것이다. 그러면 내 아버지께서 그를 사랑할 것이고, 우리가 그에게 가서 그와 거처를 함께 할 것이다.

나를 사랑하지 않는 자는 내 말을 지키지 않는다. 너희가 듣는 말은 내 말이 아니라 나를 보내신 아버지의 말씀이다.

이 일들을 내가 너희와 함께 있는 동안에 너희에게 말하였다.

그러나 보혜사, 곧 아버지께서 내 이름으로 보내실 성령께서 너희에게 모든 것을 가르치시고, 내가 너희에게 말한 모든 것을 생각나게 하실 것이다.

평화를 내가 너희에게 두고 가니 내 평화를 내가 너희에게 준다. 내가 너희에게 주는 것은 세상이 주는 것과는 다르다. 너희 마음을 괴롭게 하거나 두려워하지 마라.

'내가 갔다가 너희에게 다시 오겠다.'라고 내가 너희에게 말한 것을 너희는 들었다. 너희가 나를 사랑한다면 내가 아버지께로 가는 것을 기뻐하리니 이는 아버지께서 나보다 크시기 때문이다.

지금 내가 너희에게 그 일이 일어나기 전에 말하는 것은 그 일이 일어났을 때 너희로 하여금 믿게 하기 위함이다.

더는 내가 너희에게 말을 많이 하지 않으리니 이는 이 세상의 통치자가 오기 때문이다. 그러나 그는 나에 대하여 아무런 권한이 없다.

내가 아버지를 사랑하고 아버지께서 내게 명령하신 대로 내가 행한다는 것을 세상이 알아야 한다. 자, 일어나 여기에서 가자."

요하난(요한복음)14장

Yochanan (John) 14:

1Let not your heart be troubled,

believe in God, also in Me believe.

2. In the house of My Father are many mansions, and if not, I would have told you.

I go on to prepare a place for you.

3. And if I go on and prepare for you a place, again do I come, and will receive you unto Myself, that where I am ye also may be.

4. And whither I go away ye have known,

and the way ye have known.

5. Thomas saith to Him:

Sir, we have not known whither thou goest away, and how are we able to know the way ?

6. Yeshua saith to him:

I am the way,

and the truth,

and the life,

no one doth come unto the Father,

if not through Me.

7. If ye had known Me,

My Father also ye would have known,

and from this time ye have known Him,

and have seen Him.

8. Philip saith to Him:

Sir, shew to us the Father,

and it is enough for us.

9. Yeshua saith to him:

So long time am I with you, and thou hast not known Me, Philip ?

he who hath seen Me hath seen the Father,

and how dost thou say:

Shew to us the Father ?

10. Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me ?

the sayings that I speak to you,

from Myself I speak not,

and the Father who is abiding in Me,

Himself doth the works.

11. Believe Me, that I [am] in the Father,

and the Father in Me, and if not,

because of the works themselves,

believe Me.

12. Verily, verily, I say to you:

he who is believing in Me,

the works that I do — that one also shall do,

and greater than these he shall do,

because I go on to My Father.

13. And whatever ye may ask in My name,

I will do, that the Father may be glorified

in the Son.

14. If ye ask anything in My name I will do [it].

Yeshua Promises the Holy Spirit

(Joel 2:28-32; John 16:5-16; Acts 2:1-13; Acts 10:44-48; Acts 19:1-7)

15 If ye love Me,

My commands keep.

16. And I will ask the Father, and another Comforter He will give to you, that he may remain with you — to the age.

17. The Spirit of truth,

whom the world is not able to receive,

because it doth not behold Him,

nor know Him,

and ye know Him,

because He doth remain with you,

and shall be in you.

18 I will not leave you bereaved,

I come unto you.

19. Yet a little,

and the world doth no more behold Me,

and ye behold Me,

because I live, and ye shall live.

20. In that day ye shall know

that I [am] in My Father,

and ye in Me,

and I in you.

21. He who is having My commands,

and is keeping them, that one it is who is loving Me.

And he who is loving Me shall be loved:

by My Father, and I will love him,

and will manifest Myself to him.

22. Judas saith to Him, (not the Iscariot):

Sir, what hath come to pass,

that to us Thou are about to manifest Thyself,

and not to the world ?

23. Yeshua answered and said to him:

If any one may love Me,

My word he will keep,

and My Father will love him,

and unto him we will come,

and abode with him we will make.

24. He who is not loving Me:

My (words doth not keep).

And the word that ye hear is not Mine,

but the Father’s who sent Me.

25. These things I have spoken to you, remaining with you.

26. And the Comforter:

the Holy Spirit (Ruach haKodesh),

whom the Father will send in My name,

He will teach you all things,

and remind you of all things:

that I said to you.

27. Peace I leave to you; my peace I give to you, not according as the world doth give do I give to you; let not your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid.

28. Ye heard that I said to you — I go away, and I come unto you; if ye did love me, ye would have rejoiced that I said — I go on to the Father, because my Father is greater than I.

29. And now I have said [it] to you before it come to pass, that when it may come to pass, ye may believe.

30. I will no more talk much with you, for the ruler of this world doth come, and in me he hath nothing.

31. But that the world may know that I love the Father, and according as the Father gave me command so I do; arise, we may go hence.
