여기에 성도들의 믿음과 인내가 있다.

 

 

그리고 나는 한 짐승이 바다에서 올라오는 것을 보았다. 그 짐승은 열 뿔과 일곱 머리를 가졌다. 그 뿔들에는 열개의 왕관이 있었고, 그 머리에는 하나님을 모독하는 이름들이 있었다.

내가 본 짐승은 표범 같았는데 발은 곰의 발 같았고, 입은 사자(獅子)의 입 같았다. 수룡이 자기 능력과 보좌와 큰 권세를 그 짐승에게 주었다.

그의 머리 중 하나가 칼에 찔려 죽게된 것 같았으나 그의 치명상이 치유되었다. 온 땅이 놀라서 그 짐승을 따랐다.

그들은 짐승에게 권세를 준 수룡에게 경배하였다. 그리고 그들이 짐승에게 경배하며 말하였다. "누가 이 짐승과 같으며, 누가 이 짐승과 싸울수 있으랴?"

그 짐승에게 큰일과 모독하는 말을 하는 입이 주어졌고, 사십이 개월 동안 활동할 권리를 주어졌다.

그 짐승이 입을 열어 하나님을 향하여 모독하였고, 그의 이름과 그의 성막 곧 하늘에 거하는 자들을 모독하였다.

또 그 짐승에게는 성도들과 전쟁하여 이길 권세가 주어졌고, 모든 민족과 백성과 언어와 이방나라를 다스리는 권세가 그 짐승에게 주어졌다.

땅 위에 사는 모든 사람이 그 짐승에게 경배하리니 죽임을 당한 어린양의 생명책에 세상의 기초가 놓였을 때부터 자기 이름이 기록되지 않은 사람들이 경배할 것이다.

만일 귀가 있다면 들어라.

만일 어떤 사람이 포로로 가기로 예정되어 있으면 포로로 잡혀가고, 칼에 죽기로 되어 있으면 칼에 죽게 된다. 여기에 성도들의 믿음과 인내가 있다.

그리고 나는 땅에서 올라오는 또 다른 짐승을 보았다. 그 짐승은 어린양처럼 두 뿔을 가졌고 수룡처럼 말하였다.

그 짐승은 첫째 짐승의 모든 권세를 그 앞에서 행하고 있었다. 그리고 그 짐승은 땅과 땅 위에 사는 모든 사람으로 하여금 치명상에서 치유받은 첫째 짐승에게 절하게 하였다.

그 짐승은 큰 표징을 행하였으니 사람들 앞에서 불이 하늘로부터 땅으로 내려오게 하였다.

그 짐승은 그 첫째 짐승 앞에서 행하도록 주어진 표징들로 땅에 사는 자들을 치우치게 하였다. 또 땅에 사는 자들에게 '칼에 상처를 입었다가 살아난 그 짐승의 형상을 만들어라.'하고 말하였다.

그 짐승은 짐승의 형상에게 영을 주어 그 짐승의 형상이 말하게 하고, 또 그 짐승의 형상에게 절하지 않는 자들은 누구든지 다 죽임을 당하게 하고,

또 작은 자나 큰 자나 부자나 가난한 자나 자유자나 종이나 모두가 다 그들의 오른손이나 이마에 표를 받게 하였다.

그래서 이 표를 가지지 못한 사람은 사거나 팔 수 없게 하였으니 이 표는 그 짐승의 이름이나 그 이름의 숫자다.

여기에 지혜가 있어야 한다 마음이 있는 사람은 그 짐승의 수를 세어보아라. 참으로 그것은 어떤 사람의 수니 그의 수는 육백육십육이다.

요하난의 계시(요한계시록)13장

Revelation 13:

1. And I stood upon the (sand of the sea) and saw a beast rise up out of the sea,

having (seven heads) and (ten horns) and upon (his horns): (ten crowns),

and upon (his heads) the name of blasphemy.

2. And the beast which I saw: was like unto a ————————-leopard,

———————-and his feet

were as the:

———————feet of a bear,

and his mouth:

————-as the mouth of a lion:

and the dragon gave him his power,

and his seat,

and great authority.

3. And I saw (one of his heads):

as it were wounded to death,

and his deadly wound was healed:

and all the world wondered after the beast.

4. And they worshipped the dragon:

which gave power unto the beast:

and they worshipped the beast, saying:

«who is like unto the beast»?

«who is able to make war with him»?

5. And there was given unto him:

A mouth speaking great things

and blasphemies,

and power was given unto him

against ELOHIM (God),

to blaspheme His name,

and His tabernacle,

and them that dwell in heaven.

and tongues, and nations.

9. If any man have an ear: let him hear.

———-He that leadeth into captivity:

—————-shall go into captivity.

———He that killeth with the sword:

———must be killed with the sword.

———————-of the saints.

11. And I beheld another beast:

coming up out of the earth:

and he had two horns like a lamb,

and he spake as a dragon.

12. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

13. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.

14. And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do — in the sight of the beast:

saying to them that dwell on the earth,

that they should make an image to the beast,

which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

15. And he had power to give life:

unto the image of the beast,

that the (image) of the beast (should both speak), and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

16. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond,

To receive a mark in their right hand,

or in their foreheads:

17. And that no man might buy or sell,

save he that had the mark,

or the name of the beast,

or the number of his name.

18. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast:

for it is the number of a man,

and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.
