올라가는 자들의 노래. 내가 내 눈을 그 산들로 드니 나의 도움이 어디서 오나? 

 

שיר למעלות אשא עיני אל ההרים מאין יבא עזרי​

 

나의 도움은 하늘과 땅을 만드신 (YHUH)יהוה께로부터 온다.

 

עזרי מעם יהוה עשה שמים וארץ 

 

그는 네 발이 흔들리지 않게 하시니 너를 지키시는 분은 졸지 않으실 것이다. 

אל יתן למוט רגלך אל ינום שמרך 

 

보라, 이스라엘을 지키시는 분은 졸지도 않으시고 주무시지도 않으실 것이다. 

 

הנה לא ינום ולא יישן שומר ישראל 

 

(YHUH)יהוה는 너를 지키시는 분, (YHUH)יהוה는 네 오른편에 계시는 네 그늘이시니 

 

יהוה שמרך יהוה צלך על יד ימינך 

 

낮에는 해가 너를 해치지 못하며 밤에는 달이 너를 해하지 못할 것이다. 

 

יומם השמש לא יככה וירח בלילה 

 

(YHUH)יהוה께서 모든 악으로부터 너를 지키시리니 네 영혼을 지키실 것이다. 

 

יהוה ישמרך מכל רע ישמר את נפשך 

 

(YHUH)יהוה께서 네가 나가고 들어오는 것을 지금부터 영원까지 지키실 것이다.

יהוה ישמר צאתך ובואך מעתה ועד עולם

from whence cometh my help.

2 My help cometh from YHVH,

which made heaven and earth.

3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved:

He that keepeth thee will not slumber.

4 Behold, He that keepeth Israel,

shall neither slumber nor sleep.

5 YHVH is thy keeper:

YHVH is thy shade upon thy right hand.

6 The sun shall not smite thee by day,

nor the moon by night.

7 YHVH shall preserve thee from all evil:

He shall preserve thy soul.

그러나 찌욘은 '(YHUH)יהוה께서 나를 버리셨고 주님께서 나를 잊으셨다.'라고 말하였다.

 

"여자가 그녀의 젖먹이를 잊겠느냐? 여자가 그녀의 배에서 나온 아들에게 자비를 베풀지 않겠느냐?

 

이들은 잊을지라도 나는 너를 잊지 않을 것이다.

 

보라, 손바닥 위에 내가 너를 새겼으니 네 성벽들이 내 앞에 항상 있다.

 

예샤야(이사야) 49장 14~16절

 

Yeshayah 49:14-16:

But Tziyon said, YHVH hath forsaken me, and my Master hath forgotten me.

Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb ? ... yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee.

Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of My hands; thy walls are continually before Me.

 

 

 

젊은이들이 피곤하여 지치고 청년들이 정녕 넘어질지라도 (YHUH)יהוה를 바라는 자들은 힘을 새로 얻으리니

 

독수리들처럼 날개를 치며 올라가고 달려도 지치지 않으며 걸어가도 피곤하지 않을 것이다.

 

 

예샤야(이사야) 40장 30~31절

 

 

Yeshayah 40:30-31:

Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall.

But they that wait upon YHVH shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run, and not be weary, and they shall walk, and not faint.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

(테트)젊은 때 멍에를 메는 것이 남자에게 좋습니다.

 

(요드)(YHUH)יהוה께서 그에게 지우셨으니 혼자 잠잠히 앉아 있게 하여라.

 

(요드)그의 입을 흙에 대게 하여라, 혹시 희망이 있을지.
