2.그들이 사랑하고 섬기며 따라가서 구하고 경배하던 해와 달과 하늘의 모든 군대 앞에 널어놓을 것이다.
그래서 그 뼈들이 거두어지지 않고 묻히지 않고 똥처럼 지면에 있을 것이다.
3.이 악한 가문 중에서 남은 모든 남은 자, 곧 내가 거기서 쫓아내어 각처에 남아 있는 자들은 삶보다 죽음을 택할 것이다.
-만군의 (YHUH)יהוה의 말씀-"
4.너는 그들에게 말하여라. -(YHUH)יהוה께서 이렇게 말씀하셨다.-
"그들이 쓰러지면 일어나지 않겠느냐? 그들이 돌아서면 다시 돌아오지 않겠느냐?
5.그런데 왜 이 백성 예루샬라임은 돌아서되 영원히 돌아섰느냐? 그들은 속이는 것을 붙들고 돌아오기를 거절한다.
6.내가 경청하여 들으니 그들은 옳게 말하지 않는다.
'내가 뭘 했는데.'라고 말하고는 자신의 악을 후회하는 사람이 하나도 없다.
모두가 전쟁터로 돌진하는 말처럼 자기 달음박질로 돌아갔다.
7.하늘의 황새도 그 정해진 때를 알고 산비둘기와 제비와 학도 오는 때를 지키는데
내 백성은 (YHUH)יהוה의 법규를 알지 못한다.
8.어떻게 너희가 '우리는 지혜롭고 (YHUH)יהוה의 토라가 우리와 함께 있다.'라고 말하느냐?
정말로 보라, 서기관들의 거짓된 철필이 그 거짓을 만들었느냐?
9.지혜자들이 부끄러움을 당하고 낙심하며 잡힐 것이다.
보라, (YHUH)יהוה의 말씀을 그들이 거부하니 그들에게 무슨 지혜가 있으랴?
10.그러므로 내가 그들의 아내들을 타인들에게 줄 것이고, 그들의 밭들을 정복자들에게 줄 것이다.
이는 작은 자로부터 큰 자까지 모두가 불의한 이익을 취하며 예언자로부터 제사장까지 모두가 거짓을 행하기 때문이다.
11.그들이 딸인 내 백성의 부러진 곳을 가볍게 치료하며 '평안하다, 평안하다.'라고 말하지만 평안이 없다.
12.그들이 가증한 일을 행했을 때 부끄러워했느냐? 그들은 전혀 부끄러워하지도 않았고 수치스러운지도 몰랐다.
그러므로 그들이 쓰러진 자들 가운데 쓰러질 것이고 그들이 벌받을 때 넘어질 것이다.
-(YHUH)יהוה께서 말씀하셨다.-
13.내가 그들을 정녕 끝날 때 -(YHUH)יהוה의 말씀-
포도나무에 포도들이 없고 무화과나무에 무화과들이 없으며 그 잎이 시들어
내가 그들에게 준 것들이 다 사라져 버릴 것이다."
14.무엇 때문에 우리가 앉아 있는가? 모여라. 우리가 그 요새화된 성들로 들어가 거기서 망하자.
참으로 우리 하나님 (YHUH)יהוה께서 우리를 망하게 하셨다.
우리가 (YHUH)יהוה께 죄지어 우리에게 독물을 마시게 하셨다.
15.평안을 바라나 좋은 일이 없고 치료해 줄 때를 바라나, 보라, 두려움만 있다.
16.단에서부터 말들의 콧소리가 들리니 군마들의 우는 소리에 온 땅이 진동한다.
그들이 와서 이 땅과 그 충만한 것과 이 성과 그 안에 사는 자들을 삼킨다.
17."보라, 내가 너희 안에 술법이 통하지 않는 뱀들과 독사들을 보내니 그것들이 너희를 물 것이다.
-(YHUH)יהוה의 말씀-
18.내 즐거움이 사라지고 슬픔이 내게 있으니 내 마음이 병들었다.
19.보라, 딸인 내 백성이 먼 땅에서 도움을 청하는 소리를."
"(YHUH)יהוה께서 찌욘에 계시지 않는가? 찌욘의 왕이 그 안에 계시지 않는가?"
"왜 그들이 그들의 조각상들과 이방의 헛된 것들로 나를 화내게 하는가?"
20."추수 때가 지나고 여름이 끝났는데 우리는 아직 구원받지 못했습니다."
21."딸인 내 백성의 부러진 곳 때문에 내가 상하고 슬퍼하니 황폐함이 나를 사로잡았다.
22.길르앋에는 유향이 없느냐? 거기에는 의사가 없느냐? 왜 딸인 내 백성의 건강이 회복되지 않느냐?
23.(9:1)아! 내 머리가 물이고 내 눈이 눈물이 샘이라면 딸인 내 백성의 살육을 위하여 내가 낮이나 밤이나 울 텐데."
이르메야(예레미야)8장
Yirmeyah 8:1-22:
1 At that time, declares יהוה, they shall bring the bones of the sovereigns of Yehuḏah, and the bones of its heads, and the bones of the priests, and the bones of the prophets, and the bones of the inhabitants of Yerushalayim, out of their graves.
2 And shall spread them before the sun and the moon and all the host of the heavens, which they have loved......and which they have served.......and after which they have walked,
which they have sought, and to which they have —-> bowed themselves........they shall not be gathered nor buried, they shall be for
dung on the face of the earth.
3 And death shall be preferred to life by all the rest of those who remain of this evil people, who remain in all the places where I have driven them, declares יהוה of hosts.
4 And you shall say to them: Thus said יהוה, Would they fall, and not rise ?
Does one turn away and not return ?
5 Why then has this people, Yerushalayim, turned away in a continual backsliding? They cling to deceit, they refuse to turn back.
6 I have listened and heard – they do not speak right. No man has repented of his evil, saying: What have I done ? — they all turned to
their own course (way),........like a horse rushing into battle.
7 Even a stork in the heavens knows her appointed times. And a turtledove, and a swallow, and a thrush observe the time of their coming. But My people do not know the right-ruling of יהוה.
8 How do you say: «We are wise», and the Torah of יהוה is with us ?
But look,.....the false pen —> of the scribe has worked falsehood.
9 The wise shall be put to shame, they shall be broken down and caught. See, they have rejected the Word of יהוה, so what wisdom do they have ?
10 Therefore I give their wives to others,
and their fields to possessing ones. For from the least even to the greatest, they are all Greedy for gain. From the prophet to the priest,.....all act falsely.
11 And they heal the breach of the daughter of My people slightly, saying: «Peace, peace»,
when there IS NO «peace».
12 Were they ashamed when they had done abomination ? No!
They were not at all ashamed, nor did they know how to blush. So they shall fall among
those who fall. They shall stumble in the time of their visitation, said יהוה.
13 I shall snatch them away, declares יהוה. There are no grapes on the vine, nor figs on the fig tree, and the leaf has faded.
And what I gave them <—> shall pass away from them.
14 Why are we sitting still ?
Gather yourselves, and let us go into the walled cities,.....and let us be silent there.
For יהוה our Elohim has let us perish and given us poisoned water to drink, because we have sinned against יהוה.
15 We looked for peace, but there was no good,
and for a time of healing, but see: – fear.
16 The snorting of his horses was heard from Dan. All the land shook at the sound of the neighing of his strong ones.
They came and [devoured the land] and all that fills it, the city and those who dwell in it.
17 For look, I am sending among you serpents, adders, which have no enchanter, and they shall bite you, declares יהוה.
18 When in grief I would seek comfort, my heart is sick within me.
19 Observe !
The voice, the cry of the daughter of My people from a distant land,
Is יהוה not in Tsiyon ?
Is her Sovereign not in her ?
Why have they provoked Me with their carved images, — and with foreign worthlessnesses ?
20 The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we have not been saved.
21 For the breach of the daughter of my people I have been broken. I have grown sad; astonishment has seized me.
22 Is there no balm in Gil‛aḏ, is there no healer there ?
Why has the healing of the daughter of My people not come ?
