독수리들처럼 날개를 치며 올라가고 달려도 지치지 않으며 걸어가도 피곤하지 않을 것이다.

1."위로하여라. 내 백성을 위로하여라. -너희 하나님께서 말씀하신다.-

2.예루샬라임의 마음에 말하고 그녀에게 외쳐라. 참으로 그녀의 복무기간이 찼고 그녀의 죗값이 지급되었으니(용서받았다.),이는 그녀가 (YHUH)יהוה의 손으로부터 그녀의 모든 죄의 두 배의 벌을 받았기 때문이다."

3.소리가 외친다. "광야에서 (YHUH)יהוה의 길을 닦아라. 사막에서 우리 하나님의 큰길을 바르게 만들어라.

4.모든 골짜기가 들어 올려지며 모든 산과 언덕이 낮아지고 굽은 곳이 평지가 되며 거친 곳들이 평평하게 되게 하여라.

5.(YHUH)יהוה의 영광이 나타나서 모든 육신이 함께 보리니 참으로 (YHUH)יהוה의 입이 말씀하신다."

6.소리가 말한다. "외쳐라." 그가 말한다. "무엇을 제가 외칠까요?" "모든 육신은 풀이고 그의 모든 인애는 들의 꽃과 같아서 

7.풀은 마르고 꽃은 시드니 이는 (YHUH)יהוה의 영이 육신에 불기 때문이다. 정말로 그 백성은 풀이다.

8.풀은 마르고 꽃은 시드나 우리 하나님의 말씀은 영원히 설 것이다."

9.높은 산에 너는 올라가라, 찌욘에 기쁜 소식을 전하는 여인이여. 네 소리를 힘껏 높이라, 예루샬라임에 기쁜 소식을 전하는 여인이여. 두려워하지 말고 소리 높여 예후다 성들에게 '너희 하나님을 보아라.' 하고 말하여라. 

10.보라, 주 (YHUH)יהוה께서 힘차게 오셔서 그의 팔로 다스리실 것이다. 보라, 그의 보상이 그에게 있고 그의 보답이 그 앞에 있다.

11.그가 목자처럼 그의 떼를 먹이시니 그의 팔로 양들을 모으셔서 그의 품에 안으시고 어미 양들을 인도하신다.

12.누가 그의 손바닥으로 바닷물을 달며 하늘을 뼘으로 재겠느냐? 그 땅의 흙을 샬리쉬(재는 기구-에파 3분의 1크기) 저울로 계산하며 신들을 접시저울로 달며 언덕들을 저울로 달겠느냐?

13.누가 (YHUH)יהוה의 영을 재며 어떤 사람이 그의 조언자가 되어 그를 알게 하겠느냐?

14.누구와 함께 그가 의논하며 누가 그를 이해시키고 그에게 공의의 길을 가르치며 지식을 가르치고 명철의 길을 알게 하겠느냐?

15.보라, 나라들이 물통의 한 방울 물과 같고 저울의 먼지처럼 여겨질 뿐이다. 보라, 해안지역들을 티끌처럼 그가 집어 올리신다.

16.레바논이 땔감으로 충분하지 않고 그곳의 짐승들이 올림제물로 충분하지 않다.

17.모든 나라가 그 앞에서는 아무것도 아니니 그에게는 헛것처럼 여겨진다.

18.그런데 너희가 하나님을 누구와 비슷하다고 하겠으며 그와 어떤 모양을 비교하겠느냐?

19.조각상은, 주물공이 부어 만들고 은장이가 금으로 입히고 은장이가 은사슬들을 입힌 것이다.

20.헌납물을 바치기에 너무 가난한 사람은 썩지 않을 나무를 택하고, 흔들리지 않는 조각상을 세우려고 지혜로운 기술자를 찾는다.

21.너희가 알지 못했느냐? 너희가 듣지 못했느냐? 처음부터 너희에게 전해지지 않았느냐? 그 땅의 기초들로부터 너희가 깨닫지 못했느냐?

22.그가 땅의 둥근 천장 위에 앉아 계시니 그 땅의 주민들은 마치 메뚜기들과 같다. 그가 하늘을 휘장처럼 펼치셨으니 사람 사는 천막처럼 펼치셨다.

23.그가 통치자들을 아무것도 아니게 하셨고 땅의 지도자들을 헛것으로 만드셨다.

24.그들이 심겨지지도 못하고 뿌려지지도 못하고 그들의 줄기가 땅에 뿌리를 내리지도 못하는데 그가 그들 안에 부시니 그들이 말라서 회오리바람이 지푸라기처럼 그들을 날릴 것이다.

25."너희가 나를 누구와 비교하여 같다고 하겠느냐?" 하고 거룩하신 분께서 말씀하신다.

26.너희 눈을 높이 들어 누가 이것들을 창조했는지 보아라. 그들의 군대를 수대로 나오게 하시며 그들 모두의 이름을 하나도 빠뜨리지 않으시고 큰 능력과 강한 힘으로 부르신다.

27.내 길이 (YHUH)יהוה께로부터 숨겨졌고 내 재판이 내 하나님을 지나쳐 버렸다.'라고 왜 야아콥이 말하며 이스라엘이 이르느냐?

28.너는 알지 못하느냐? 너는 듣지 못했느냐? (YHUH)יהוה는, 영원한 하나님이시며 이 땅을 끝까지 창조하신 분이시니 피곤치 않으시고 지치지 않으시며 그의 명철은 측량할 수 없는 분이시다.

​29.피곤한 자에게 힘을 주시고 능력이 없는 자를 강하게 하시니 

30.젊은이들이 피곤하여 지치고 청년들이 정녕 넘어질지라도 

31.(YHUH)יהוה를 바라는 자들은 힘을 새로 얻으리니 독수리들처럼 날개를 치며 올라가고 달려도 지치지 않으며 걸어가도 피곤하지 않을 것이다.

이사야(예샤야)40장

Yeshayah 40:
¶ COMFORT ye, comfort ye My people, says your God.

Speak comfortably to Jerusalem (Yerushalayim) and cry to her,
for she was filled with violence and delighted in sin,
and she has received from YHVHs hand double punishment for all her sins.

¶ The voice of Him that cries in the wilderness:
Prepare the way of YHVH, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.

Every valley shall be filled up,
and every mountain and hill shall be made low,
and the steep place shall be made straight,
and the rough places smooth.

And the glory of YHVH shall Be revealed,
and all flesh (Basar) shall see it together,
for the mouth of YHVH has spoken it.

The voice says, Cry.
And he said, What shall I cry ?
All flesh is grass, and all its beauty is like the flower of the field:

The grass withers,
the flower fades,
because the breath of YHVH blows upon it,
surely this people is like the grass.

The grass withers, the flower fades,
But the WORD of our God (Elohim) shall stand for ever.

¶ O Tziyon, that brings good tidings,
get you up upon the high mountain,
O Jerusalem, that brings good tidings,
lift up your voice with strength,
lift it up, be not afraid,
say to the cities of Judah, Behold your God!

Behold, YHVH God will come with might,
and His arm with strength,
behold, His reward is with Him,
and His work before Him.

He shall feed His flock like a shepherd,
He shall gather the lambs with His arm,
and carry them in His bosom,
and shall feed again those who give suck.

¶ Who has measured the waters in the hollow of His hand
and meted out heaven with a span
and gathered the dust of the earth in a measure
and weighed the mountains in scales
and the hills in a balance ?

Who has «directed» the Spirit of YHVH ?
or who has been to Him a «counsellor» ?

With whom took He counsel ?
and who instructed Him ?
and made Him to understand the path of justice ?
and taught Him knowledge ?
and showed Him the way of understanding ?

Behold, the nations are like a drop out of a bucket,
and are counted as the dipping of the balance,
behold, the isles shall be cast away like fine dust.

And Lebanon is not sufficient for the fuel,
nor the beasts thereof sufficient for a burnt offering.

ALL nations before HIM ARE AS NOTHING !!!!!!!
and they are counted to Him for —> destruction & the sword.

¶ To whom then will you liken God ?
Or to what likeness will you compare Him ?

Is He an image which the carpenter has made,
and the goldsmith has overlaid with gold
and fastened with silver chains ?

He selects wood that is not worm-eaten,
then chooses a carpenter,
who fashions it with his skill,
to make an image that will not be moved.

Have you not heard ?
Have you not known ?
Has it not been told you from the beginning ?
Have you not understood from the foundations of the earth ?

It is He who sits upon the circle of the earth,
and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers,
who stretches out the heavens as a curtain
and spreads them as a tent to dwell in,
Who brings princes to Nought,
and makes the judges of the earth: as if they were Nothing.

Yea, they shall not be planted,
yea, they shall not be sown,
yea, their stock shall not take root in the earth,
and He shall blow upon them = and they shall wither,
and the whirlwind shall take them away as stubble.

To whom then will you liken Me ?
or to whom shall I be equal ?
says the Holy One.

Lift up your eyes on high, and behold:
who has created these things ?
Who brings out their host by number ?
He called them all by name,
by the greatness of His glory,
and the strength of His power,
not one is missing.

¶ Why do you say, O Jacob, and say, O Israel:
«My way is hidden» from YHVH,
and justice is not rendered by my God ?

Have you not known,
have you not heard,
that God is YHVH for ever,
Who has created the ends of the earth ?
that He does not faint, neither is weary ?
and that there is no searching of His understanding ?

He gives power to the weary,
and to them that are stricken,
with disease he increases strength.

Even the youths shall faint and be weary,
and the young men shall helplessly stumble,
But they who wait for YHVH shall renew their strength,
they shall grow wings as a eagles,
they shall run and not be weary,
and they shall walk and not faint.
